Im Zuge der vollst\u00e4ndigen \u00dcbernahme aller Anteile der Sauber Holding AG und der damit verbundenen Neuausrichtung der Steuerungsstruktur folgt jetzt die Neubesetzung des F\u00fchrungsteams f\u00fcr das zuk\u00fcnftige Audi-Werksteam. Der fr\u00fchere F1-Teamchef Mattia Binotto wechselt zum 1. August in das Audi-F1-Projekt und \u00fcbernimmt die Leitung in Hinwil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>\u201eIch freue mich, dass wir Mattia Binotto f\u00fcr unser ambitioniertes Formel-1-Projekt gewinnen konnten\u201c, <\/em>so Gernot D\u00f6llner, Vorsitzender des Vorstands der AUDI AG.<em> \u201eMit seiner gro\u00dfen Erfahrung aus \u00fcber 25 Jahren Formel 1 wird er mit Sicherheit einen entscheidenden Beitrag f\u00fcr Audi leisten k\u00f6nnen.\u201c<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Der Italiener stieg 1995<\/strong> direkt nach seinem Maschinenbau-Studium an der Schweizer EPFL als Motoreningenieur bei Ferrari im F1-Testteam ein. Es folgten verschiedene Stationen vom Chefingenieur bis zum Leiter der Motorenabteilung und Technischen Direktor. 2019 wurde er zus\u00e4tzlich zum Teamchef der Scuderia Ferrari berufen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Mattia Binotto ist zuk\u00fcnftig als Chief Operating und Chief Technical Officer<\/strong> (COO und CTO) Teil der Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrung der Sauber Motorsport AG. Diese tr\u00e4gt die Verantwortung f\u00fcr die operative Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrung und den sportlichen Erfolg des Rennteams. Mattia Binotto wird direkt an den Verwaltungsrat der Sauber Motorsport AG berichten. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Die Entscheidung f\u00fcr Mattia Binotto<\/strong> ist Teil einer Neuausrichtung der Steuerungsstruktur f\u00fcr das zuk\u00fcnftige Audi-Werksteam. Mit dieser Neuausrichtung wird die Eigenst\u00e4ndigkeit und Unabh\u00e4ngigkeit des Audi-F1-Projektes sichergestellt. In diesem Rahmen stellt Audi auch das F\u00fchrungsteam des Audi-F1-Engagements neu auf. <strong><em>\u201eUnser Ziel ist es, das ganze Formel-1-Projekt durch klare F\u00fchrungsstrukturen, eindeutige Verantwortlichkeiten, reduzierte Schnittstellen und effiziente Abstimmungsprozesse auf F1-Speed zu bringen. Dazu muss das Team eigenst\u00e4ndig und schnell agieren k\u00f6nnen\u201c,<\/em>sagt Gernot D\u00f6llner, der k\u00fcnftig als Chairman den Verwaltungsratsvorsitz der Sauber Motorsport AG \u00fcbernimmt.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> Oliver Hoffmann, bisher Vorsitzender der Verwaltungsr\u00e4te der Sauber Gruppe, sowie Andreas Seidl, bisher CEO der Sauber Motorsport AG und der Sauber Technologies AG, scheiden im Rahmen der Neuausrichtung aus dem Projekt aus. <strong>Gernot D\u00f6llner:<em> \u201eIch danke Oliver und Andreas f\u00fcr ihre wichtige Aufbauarbeit und das Engagement, mit dem sie unseren Einstieg in die Formel 1 bisher vorbereitet haben.\u201c<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Der fr\u00fchere F1-Teamchef Mattia Binotto wechselt zum 1.
