Startschuss f\u00fcr das Lola Yamaha ABT Formula E Team bei\nder ABB FIA Formel E Weltmeisterschaft –<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Wie im M\u00e4rz dieses Jahres angek\u00fcndigt, sind LoLa Cars Ltd.\n(im Folgenden \u201eLola\u201c) und Yamaha Motor eine Partnerschaft eingegangen, um als\nTeil eines offiziellen Herstellers in der ABB FIA Formel-E-Weltmeisterschaft Hochleistungsantriebe\nzu entwickeln und zu liefern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die Formel E, die als \u201eFormel 1 f\u00fcr Elektroautos\u201d bekannt\nist,<\/strong> startete am 7. Dezember in S\u00e3o Paulo, Brasilien, in ihre 11. Saison,\nin der das Lola Yamaha ABT Formula E-Team sein Deb\u00fct in diesem\nWettbewerb gibt. Die Formel E ist eine Rennserie, die auf Stra\u00dfen-Rennstrecken\nauf der ganzen Welt mit elektrisch angetriebenen, einsitzigen Rennwagen\nausgetragen wird. Als technischer Partner stellt Yamaha Motor dem Team den\nAntriebsstrang f\u00fcr den Rennwagen zur Verf\u00fcgung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Britisch-japanisch-deutsches Team arbeitet als Einheit<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201eIch habe das Gef\u00fchl, dass wir als Neueinsteiger sowohl\nvon den Organisatoren als auch von unseren Konkurrenzteams herzlich willkommen\ngehei\u00dfen werden\u201d,<\/em> sagte Yasunori Umeda, Leiter der Formel\nE-Entwicklungsgruppe bei Yamaha.<\/strong> \u201eIch habe den Eindruck, dass wir\naufgrund der Dreierpartnerschaft zwischen der ber\u00fchmten britischen Rennmarke\nLola, dem japanischen Team Yamaha, das bereits in der Formel 1, der MotoGP und\nanderen f\u00fchrenden Rennserien angetreten ist, und dem deutschen Team ABT, das\nbereits \u00fcber einen gro\u00dfen Erfahrungsschatz in der Formel E verf\u00fcgt, ein\ngewisses Ma\u00df an Respekt und Aufmerksamkeit erhalten. Die Erwartungen der\nMenschen um uns herum sind ern\u00fcchternd, erinnern uns aber auch daran, dass wir\nkonzentriert und entschlossen bleiben m\u00fcssen.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Verbesserung der Energiemanagementtechnologie auf\nh\u00f6chstem Niveau<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201eDie Formel E ist ein anspruchsvoller, akribischer und\nhochkar\u00e4tiger Wettbewerb\u201d, <\/em>erkl\u00e4rte Takashi Hara, der als Senior General\nManager der Kraftfahrzeug-Entwicklungsabteilung den Anteil von Yamaha an diesem\nProjekt \u00fcberwacht.<\/strong> \u201eDiese Herausforderung verlangt von uns ein hohes\nEntwicklungstempo unter verschiedenen strengen Auflagen, und wir glauben, dass\ndies das Ziel unseres Unternehmens, bis 2050 CO2-Neutralit\u00e4t zu erreichen,\nunterst\u00fctzen wird. Wir werden auch oft gefragt, warum sich Yamaha im\nAutomobil-Rennsport engagiert, und das ist der Grund und die Motivation f\u00fcr die\nTeilnahme an diesem Projekt.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Das Ausma\u00df der Beschr\u00e4nkungen, die in der Formel E gelten,\nl\u00e4sst sich an der zul\u00e4ssigen Kapazit\u00e4t der Batterien ablesen. W\u00e4hrend Formel 1-\nund MotoGP-Fahrzeuge oft mit voller Motorleistung fahren, d\u00fcrfen die Formel\nE-Autos nur etwa die H\u00e4lfte der Energie in ihren Batterien haben, die f\u00fcr die\nBeendigung eines Rennens erforderlich ist. Mit anderen Worten: Wenn die f\u00fcr\neine volle Renndauer ben\u00f6tigte Energie \u201e1\u201d betr\u00e4gt, muss man mit der\nvorgegebenen Energie von \u201e0,5\u201d fahren. \u201eDeshalb ist die Technologie des\nEnergiemanagements der Schl\u00fcssel zum Erfolg, und ein technischer Bereich, den\nwir verfeinern wollen\u201d, <\/em>so Hara<\/strong>.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beim Vorsaisontest, der vor der ersten Runde in Spanien\nstattfand, belegte der Fahrer des Lola Yamaha ABT Formula E-Teams, Zane\nMaloney, Platz 13 (von 22) auf der Zeitenliste. \u201eWir f\u00fchlen uns gut, wie wir\nbisher abgeschnitten haben, aber da unsere Konkurrenten bereits einen Vorsprung\nhaben, werden wir ihre wahre St\u00e4rke erst beim Saisonauftakt erkennen.
