DAS GR\u00d6SSTE OLDTIMER-AUTOMOBIL-EVENT DER SCHWEIZ FINDET VOM 29. BIS 31. MAI 2026 AUF DER LUZERNER MESSE STATT –<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Volkswagen feiert das 50\u2011j\u00e4hrige Jubil\u00e4um der Golf GTI am Swiss Classic World 2026<\/strong>, der vom 29. bis 31. Mai<\/strong> in Luzern stattfindet. Die gr\u00f6sste Schweizer Oldtimer\u2011Messe pr\u00e4sentiert \u00fcber 200 Aussteller<\/strong>, mehr als 700 Fahrzeuge<\/strong> und erwartet rund 20\u2019000 Besucherinnen und Besucher<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Am Stand 230 in Halle 2<\/strong> zeigt Volkswagen eine exklusive Sonderausstellung mit vier GTI\u2011Ikonen. Im Mittelpunkt stehen die erste Golf GTI von 1976<\/strong> sowie die neue Golf GTI \u201eEdition 50\u201c mit 325 PS<\/strong>. Erg\u00e4nzt wird die Ausstellung durch eine Golf II GTI 16V von 1986<\/strong> und eine Golf III GTI 16V von 1995<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die Geschichte der GTI begann 1974 als geheimes \u201eSport Golf\u201c-Projekt eines kleinen Entwicklerteams. Die Weltpremiere erfolgte 1975 an der IAA in Frankfurt \u2013 mit \u00fcberw\u00e4ltigendem Erfolg. Aus den urspr\u00fcnglich geplanten 5\u2019000 Einheiten wurden 461\u2019690 produzierte Golf I GTI<\/strong>. Bis heute entstanden weltweit \u00fcber 2,5 Millionen GTI<\/strong>, davon 140\u2019000 in der Schweiz<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die GTI von 1976 setzte mit rotem K\u00fchlergrillrahmen, Sportsitzen im Karomuster, Golfball\u2011Schaltknauf und sportlichem Fahrgef\u00fchl neue Massst\u00e4be und pr\u00e4gte das Segment der kompakten Sportwagen nachhaltig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
