In Interlaken fand die 95. Generalversammlung der ESA statt \u2013 einer der bedeutendsten j\u00e4hrlichen Anl\u00e4sse der Schweizer Autobranche. Die Genossenschaft blickt auf ein sehr erfolgreiches Gesch\u00e4ftsjahr 2025 zur\u00fcck: Alle Gesch\u00e4ftsbereiche erzielten positive Ergebnisse, und im Kerngesch\u00e4ft, dem Handel mit Waren und Dienstleistungen, wurde ein neuer Umsatzrekord erreicht. Wie CEO Giorgio Feitknecht erkl\u00e4rte, \u00fcbertraf der Jahresgewinn erneut die Werte der Vorjahre \u2013 m\u00f6glich dank dem t\u00e4glichen Einsatz der Mitarbeitenden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Verwaltungsratspr\u00e4sident Hubert Waeber<\/strong> k\u00fcndigte an, dass die Anteilscheine aufgrund des positiven Ergebnisses erneut angemessen verzinst werden. Das Wachstum spiegelt die hohe Kundentreue, die stabile Nachfrage im Werkstattbereich und die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des Angebots wider. Zu den strategischen Projekten geh\u00f6ren das neue Garagenkonzept \u00abgaragino\u00bb sowie der Entscheid f\u00fcr ein neues Logistikzentrum in Burgdorf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

An der Veranstaltung nahmen \u00fcber 1100 Personen teil,<\/strong> darunter zahlreiche Genossenschafterinnen und Genossenschafter sowie Branchenvertreter. Pr\u00e4sident, Ausschuss und s\u00e4mtliche statutarischen Antr\u00e4ge wurden best\u00e4tigt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

F\u00fcr heitere Momente sorgte Massimo Rocchi<\/strong>, der mit feinem Humor die sprachliche Vielfalt der ESA w\u00fcrdigte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
