Doch ein wichtiger Baustein bleibt oft unber\u00fccksichtigt: L\u2011Category\u2011Fahrzeuge \u2013 Mopeds, Motorr\u00e4der, Trikes und leichte Quadricycles \u2013 t\u00e4glich genutzt von Millionen Menschen, aber kaum in offiziellen Mobilit\u00e4tspl\u00e4nen verankert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In Europa sind <strong>40 Millionen L\u2011Category\u2011Fahrzeuge<\/strong> unterwegs, <strong>6,4 Millionen Pendler<\/strong> nutzen sie jeden Tag. Trotzdem erscheinen sie in vielen Sustainable Urban Mobility Plans (SUMP) nicht als eigenst\u00e4ndige Verkehrsform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Um diese L\u00fccke zu schlie\u00dfen, ver\u00f6ffentlicht ACEM den Leitfaden <strong>\u201eRightsizing Urban Mobility\u201c<\/strong>, der Kommunen unterst\u00fctzt, L\u2011Category\u2011Fahrzeuge strategisch in ihre Mobilit\u00e4tsplanung einzubinden. Der Zeitpunkt ist entscheidend: Bis 2027 m\u00fcssen die <strong>431 als \u201eUrban Nodes\u201c definierten St\u00e4dte<\/strong> gem\u00e4\u00df TEN\u2011T\u2011Verordnung einen SUMP verabschieden und standardisierte Mobilit\u00e4tsindikatoren melden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der Leitfaden enth\u00e4lt evidenzbasierte Empfehlungen in drei Bereichen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Mobilit\u00e4t<\/strong> \u2013 Effizientere, flexiblere und platzsparende L\u00f6sungen f\u00fcr Personenverkehr und urbane Kleinstlogistik.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sicherheit<\/strong> \u2013 Schutzstrategien f\u00fcr besonders gef\u00e4hrdete Zweiradnutzer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Umwelt<\/strong> \u2013 Unterst\u00fctzung des \u00dcbergangs zu emissionsarmer urbaner Mobilit\u00e4t.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Vorteile sind klar messbar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>10 % Umstieg vom Auto auf L\u2011Category<\/strong> reduziert Staus um fast <strong>40 %<\/strong>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>vier Motorr\u00e4der<\/strong> passen auf einen <strong>Auto\u2011Parkplatz<\/strong>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>5 % Pendlerwechsel<\/strong> spart <strong>2,6 Mio. Tonnen CO\u2082<\/strong> pro Jahr.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es geht nicht darum, Verkehrsmittel gegeneinander auszuspielen, sondern das <strong>gesamte vorhandene Mobilit\u00e4ts\u2011Toolkit<\/strong> sinnvoll zu nutzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00dcber ACEM<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ACEM ist der Europ\u00e4ische Verband der Motorradhersteller und vertritt die f\u00fchrenden Produzenten von L\u2011Category\u2011Fahrzeugen: Mopeds, Motorr\u00e4der, Trikes und leichte Quadricycles. Diese Fahrzeuge sind praktisch, platzsparend und emissionsarm und tragen dazu bei, Staus zu reduzieren, st\u00e4dtischen Raum zur\u00fcckzugewinnen und den Verkehr zu dekarbonisieren. ACEM vereint <strong>16 Hersteller<\/strong> wie BMW-Motorrad, Ducati, Harley\u2011Davidson, Honda, Kawasaki, KTM, Piaggio, Suzuki, Triumph, Yamaha und Zero Motorcycles sowie <strong>17 nationale Verb\u00e4nde<\/strong>.
