Der FIM Harley\u2011Davidson Bagger World Cup gastiert vom 7. bis 9. August in Silverstone im Rahmen des MotoGP Grand Prix von Grossbritannien. Das Teilnehmerfeld fuer den vierten Lauf der Premierensaison ist komplett: Max Toth ersetzt Cory West bei Saddlemen Race Development, nachdem sich der US\u2011Pilot in Mid\u2011Ohio verletzt hat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Toth, einer der vielversprechendsten Nachwuchsfahrer<\/strong> im amerikanischen Strassenrennsport, kennt die Harley\u2011Davidson Road Glide des Teams bereits aus der Mission King of the Baggers Serie. In Silverstone bestreitet er sein erstes Rennen im Bagger World Cup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Team<\/strong>\u2011Owner David Echert<\/strong> zeigte sich erleichtert \u00fcber den Gesundheitszustand von Cory West und betonte das Vertrauen in Toth. Max Toth bedankte sich f\u00fcr die Chance und blickt motiviert auf sein Deb\u00fct.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Das Fahrerfeld umfasst 11 Piloten,<\/strong> darunter Wildcard\u2011Starter Bradley Smith, der f\u00fcr das ParkinGO Team vor heimischem Publikum antritt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Der Titelkampf<\/strong> bleibt extrem spannend: Nach sechs Rennen f\u00fchret Eric Granado mit 111 Punkten, gefolgt von Oscar Guti\u00e9rrez (109) und Archie McDonald (97). Mit noch 150 zu vergebenden Punkten in Silverstone, Aragon und auf dem Red Bull Ring bleiben auch Andrea Iannone und Jake Lewis voll im Rennen um die Meisterschaft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Das Rennwochenende<\/strong> beginnt mit einem \u00f6ffentlichen Event im Outernet London, bei dem Bradley Smith im Mittelpunkt steht.
