Ogier\/Julien Ingrassia, das Weltmeisterduo der vergangenen sechs Jahre, und Esapekka Lappi\/Janne Ferm, eine der talentiertesten Crews der n\u00e4chsten Generation, bilden das Fahreraufgebot 2019.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Mit neuen Farben f\u00fcr die C3 WRC feiert Citro\u00ebn in diesem Jahr das 100-j\u00e4hrige Firmenjubil\u00e4um. Neben den langj\u00e4hrigen Partnern Total und Michelin kehrt Red Bull 2019 zum Citro\u00ebn Total WRT zur\u00fcck.<\/p>\n<p>Der diesj\u00e4hrige Saisonstart wird vom 24. bis 27. Januar bei der legend\u00e4ren Rallye Monte Carlo ausgetragen. Dort treten zwei Citro\u00ebn C3 WRC mit den neu verpflichteten Fahrercrews S\u00e9bastien Ogier\/Julien Ingrassia und Esapekka Lappi\/Janne Ferm an. Danach folgen 13 weitere ebenso anspruchsvolle WM-L\u00e4ufe. Das Saisonfinale findet vom 14. bis 17. November in Australien statt. Seit 1999 hat das Citro\u00ebn Total WRT 99 WM-L\u00e4ufe gewonnen. In dieser Saison soll die 100-Siege-Marke geknackt und um die WM-Titel gek\u00e4mpft werden.<\/p>\n<p>Citro\u00ebn feiert 2019 ein besonderes Jubil\u00e4um: Vor 100 Jahren gr\u00fcndete der franz\u00f6sische Industrielle Andr\u00e9-Gustave Citro\u00ebn die gleichnamige Marke. Citro\u00ebn ist seitdem zu einem grossen, weltweit operierenden Automobilhersteller geworden, f\u00fcr den der Motorsport schon immer eine wichtige Rolle gespielt hat.<\/p>\n<p>Um das Jubil\u00e4um zu feiern, starten die C3 WRC in diesem Jahr mit dem Doppelwinkel, der an das originale Logo aus dem Gr\u00fcndungsjahr 1919 erinnert. Die neue Beklebung der Rallyeboliden geht jedoch dar\u00fcber hinaus: Fester Bestandteil bleibt das Rot des langj\u00e4hrigen Partners Total. Citro\u00ebn und der franz\u00f6sische Schmierstoffhersteller arbeiten mittlerweile seit 51 Jahren zusammen. Ebenso eng ist die Kooperation mit dem franz\u00f6sischen Reifenhersteller Michelin. Zur\u00fcck auf den Fahrzeugen und der Teamkleidung wird Red Bull sein. Der Energy-Drink-Hersteller war bereits von 2009 bis 2012 Partner von Citro\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Olivier Maroselli, Technischer Direktor Citro\u00ebn Total WRT<\/strong><br \/>\nUm die Ziele f\u00fcr 2019 zu erreichen, wurde der Citro\u00ebn C3 WRC stetig weiterentwickelt. F\u00fcr die Saison 2018 war das Ziel, das Fenster zu vergr\u00f6ssern, in dem das Fahrzeug optimal agiert und damit den Fahrern mehr Vertrauen in ihr Arbeitsger\u00e4t zu geben. In Argentinien wurde daher eine neue Hinterradaufh\u00e4ngung eingef\u00fchrt, wodurch das Handling des Autos deutlich konstanter wurde. Der zweite wichtige Schritt war die neue Vorderradaufh\u00e4ngung, die in Finnland deb\u00fctierte und f\u00fcr eine bessere Balance sorgte. \u201eDiese \u00c4nderungen haben den Citro\u00ebn C3 WRC berechenbarer gemacht, wenn sich die Gripverh\u00e4ltnisse \u00e4ndern, und sorgen f\u00fcr bessere Traktion beim Bremsen\u201c, so Olivier Maroselli, Technischer Direktor Citro\u00ebn Total WRT. \u201eDie Arbeit an der Kinematik der Radaufh\u00e4ngung f\u00fcr Asphaltveranstaltungen hat ebenfalls positive Ergebnisse gebracht.\u201c Ein Beispiel hierf\u00fcr ist der Sieg in Spanien. Dort setzte sich Citro\u00ebn bei wechselnden, teilweise nassen und schlammigen Bedingungen gegen die Titelkandidaten durch. \u201eWir arbeiten weiter an verschiedenen D\u00e4mpfer-L\u00f6sungen, aber auch an weiteren Ideen f\u00fcr eine bessere Effizienz \u2013 so auch am 1,6-Liter-Turbotriebwerk\u201c, erg\u00e4nzt Maroselli. \u201eIm Laufe dieses Jahres ist ein Chassis-Upgrade bei der Radaufh\u00e4ngung geplant.
