Drei erlebnisreiche Tage pr\u00e4gten das internationale Volkswagen K\u00e4fer Cabriolet Treffen, das vom 7. bis 9. August in Biel stattfand. Der K\u00e4fer Cabriolet Club Schweiz organisierte die diesj\u00e4hrige Ausgabe und begr\u00fcsste am Freitagabend im Kongresshaus Biel 168 Teilnehmende aus der Schweiz, Deutschland, den Niederlanden, Belgien und England. Insgesamt 84 Fahrzeuge fanden den Weg an den Bielersee, darunter ein Modell aus dem Jahr 1952.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Der Samstag<\/strong> stand im Zeichen der gemeinsamen Ausfahrt in den Jura. Der Place de l\u2019Esplanade verwandelte sich mit 83 K\u00e4fern und einem Karmann Ghia Cabriolet in eine beeindruckende \u00abK\u00e4fer Arena\u00bb. Um den Verkehrsfluss zu optimieren, starteten die Gruppen zu je sechs Fahrzeugen zeitlich gestaffelt. Die Route f\u00fchrte \u00fcber den Chasseral nach Saint\u2011Imier und weiter zur Camille Bloch Schokoladenfabrik, wo die Geheimnisse der Ragusa\u2011 und Torino\u2011Produktion vorgestellt wurden. Nach dem Mittagessen in Saignel\u00e9gier ging es nach Saint\u2011Ursanne und anschliessend zur Maison de la Tete de Moine in Bellelay. Der Tag endete mit einer eindrucksvollen Fahrzeugpr\u00e4sentation auf dem Place de l\u2019Esplanade und einem gemeinsamen Abendessen in der Bieler Altstadt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Am Sonntag<\/strong> fuhren die Teilnehmenden ins Val\u2011de\u2011Travers zum einzigartigen Volkswrecks Museum, einem Mekka f\u00fcr Volkswagen Oldtimer\u2011Fans. Rund 100 nicht mehr fahrbereite, aber kunstvoll inszenierte Kafer und Bulli Modelle konnten bestaunt werden. Nach der Besichtigung endete das Treffen offiziell, begleitet von viel Lob f\u00fcr das Schweizer OK\u2011Team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Das n\u00e4chste Treffen findet vom 6. bis 8. August 2027 in Snowdonia, Nord\u2011Wales,<\/strong> statt. Teilnehmen k\u00f6nnen Besitzerinnen und Besitzer eines luftgek\u00fchlten Kafer Cabriolets von Karmann oder Hebm\u00fcller sowie eines Karmann Ghia Cabriolets. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eine besondere Geschichte<\/strong> begleitete zwei Fahrzeuge der Jura\u2011Ausfahrt, bereitgestellt von AMAG Classic. Ein indianarot\u2011metallicfarbenes Modell von 1979 war das letzte in der Schweiz verkaufte K\u00e4fer Cabriolet. Nach 47 Jahren im Originalzustand wurde es f\u00fcr die Classic\u2011Sammlung zur\u00fcckgekauft \u2013 ein echtes Zeitdokument, das noch immer lauft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
