Philippe Prette hat in Zandvoort seinen dritten Titel in Folge im GT2 European Series powered by Pirelli gewonnen – in dem Jahr, in dem Maserati 100 Jahre Motorsport feiert.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Der monegassische Fahrer sicherte sich mit der Maserati GT2 von LP Racing den Titel in der Masters Cup, dank zwei Klassensiegen und zwei Pole\u2011Positions auf der niederl\u00e4ndischen Strecke. \u00abDrei Titel in Serie zeigen die Wettbewerbsf\u00e4higkeit der Maserati GT2 und ihre konstanten Leistungen\u00bb, erkl\u00e4rte Vincent Biard, Head of Maserati Corse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

F\u00fcr Maserati<\/strong> gab es zudem zwei zweite Pl\u00e4tze in der Pro Am Cup: in Rennen 1 mit Niccol\u00f2 Pirri und Yu Lee Thomas auf der GT2 Nummer 8 von LP Racing, und in Rennen 2 mit Roberto Pampanini und Mauro Calamia auf der Nummer 7 von Dinamic Motorsport. Pech hatten die Iron Dames: Die GT2 Nummer 85 von Laura van den Hengel und Sara Bovy konnte nach einem technischen Problem im Qualifying nicht starten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In Rennen 2<\/strong> baute Prette seinen Titel mit einer kontrollierten Leistung aus: Start von der Klassen\u2011Pole, konstantes Tempo, Pflicht\u2011Boxenstopp und sechs Minuten vor Schluss die R\u00fcckeroberung der Masters\u2011F\u00fchrung. Am Ende wurde er Zweiter im Gesamtklassement, auch dank einer Strafe gegen einen Fahrer einer anderen Kategorie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Der Teamtitel<\/strong> in der Masters Cup ist noch offen \u2013 LP Racing f\u00fchrt aktuell die Wertung an. Das Finale der GT2 European Series findet am 17.\u201318. Oktober in Portim\u00e3o statt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
