Aber auch die Begleitevents begeisterten die angereisten T\u00f6ff-Fans: einerseits die sch\u00f6nsten T\u00f6ff-Touren und Alpenp\u00e4sse \u2013 inszeniert mit Augmented-Reality-Technologie auf der gr\u00f6ssten je produzierten Luftbildkarte der Schweiz; andrerseits die Enth\u00fcllung eines w\u00e4hrend 14 Jahren in Luzern aufgebauten Wikingerbikes, zudem eine Hommage an Luigi Taveri, den gr\u00f6ssten Helden des Schweizer Motorsports; und schliesslich helvetische Handwerkskunst, vollendet im teuersten Motorrad der Welt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Schweizer Bikebuilder gewinnt Reise zur Custom Show Emirates<\/strong><br \/>\nPublikumshighlight der in die SWISS-MOTO integrierten Customizing &amp; Tuning Show SWISS-CUSTOM waren abermals die Finalisten der Bikeshow mit internationaler Beteiligung aus sechs Nationen. Die Jury aus Auszubildenden der Gewerblich-Industriellen Berufsschule Bern \u2013 angef\u00fchrt von Szenekenner Frank Sander \u2013 beurteilte insgesamt 60 Kunstwerke nach Stil, technischer Ausf\u00fchrung sowie Verarbeitung und Innovationen. Als Novum in der Customizing-Szene kam dabei eine speziell programmierte App f\u00fcr die Bewertung zum Einsatz. Neben den Berufssch\u00fclern nahmen auch dieses Jahr Juroren aus Amerika und den Arabischen Emiraten s\u00e4mtliche ausgestellten Einzelst\u00fccke unter die Lupe. Ihre Aufgabe war es, den begehrten \u00abRat\u2019s Hole Award\u00bb sowie den \u00abEmirates Pick\u00bb zu vergeben.<\/p>\n<p>Den sprichw\u00f6rtlichen Oscar der Customizing-Szene, den \u00abRat?s Hole Award\u00bb, sicherte sich Dorin Racz aus Rum\u00e4nien mit seinem komplett handgefertigten Custombike \u00abRise of Anarchy\u00bb. Den Sonderpreis \u00abEmirates Pick\u00bb schnappte sich der Schweizer Stephane Grand mit seiner liebevoll umgebauten Harley-Davidson. \u00dcber den H\u00f6chstpreis \u00abBest of Show\u00bb durfte sich der in Amerika als \u00abBikebuilder of the Year\u00bb gefeierte Customizing-Profi Brian Buttera freuen. Sein Eigenbau auf Basis eines Shovelhead-Motors von Harley-Davidson \u00fcberzeugte die Jury mit vielen handgefertigten Teilen aus Edelstahl und Aluminium und einem Look im Stil der Bobber aus den F\u00fcnfzigerjahren. Die beiden Bikes reisen nun im M\u00e4rz zur Custom Show Emirates in Abu Dhabi, um dort gegen die Elite der Customizing-Szene aus Fernost anzutreten.<\/p>\n<p>Auf der SWISS-CUSTOM Stage zeigten die \u00abValkyries\u00bb aus England einen Mix aus Feuerakrobatik und Poledance-Kunst, und Star-Fotograf Michael Lichter aus den USA stellte seine ber\u00fchmtesten Werke zur Schau, enth\u00fcllte neue, bisher nie gezeigte Aufnahmen und erz\u00e4hlte die spannenden Geschichten hinter seinen Bildern aus erster Hand.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Die n\u00e4chste SWISS-MOTO wird vom 20. bis am 23.
