Nach insgesamt 102 Zeitmessungen, bei denen Pr\u00e4zision auf die Hundertstelsekunde genau entscheidend war, siegten Giovanni Moceri und Beifahrer Daniele Bonetti im Alfa Romeo 6C 1500 Super Sport. Mit diesem Typ erzielte das Werksteam Giuseppe Campari\/Giulia Ramponi 1928 den ersten von insgesamt elf 1000-Miglia-Siegen f\u00fcr Alfa Romeo in der Epoche (1927 bis 1957), in der die Veranstaltung als Strassenrennen durchgef\u00fchrt wurde. Campari\/Ramponi ben\u00f6tigten f\u00fcr die rund 1.000 Meilen damals knapp \u00fcber 18 Stunden. Heute erstreckt sich die 1000 Miglia \u00fcber vier Tagesetappen und wird in sogenannten Sollzeitpr\u00fcfungen ausgetragen. Dabei z\u00e4hlt nicht Geschwindigkeit, sondern eine vorgegebene Zeit f\u00fcr eine bestimmte Distanz muss m\u00f6glichst exakt getroffen werden. Das Damenteam Prisca Taruffi\/Savina Confaloni im Alfa Romeo 1900 Coup\u00e9 Super Sprint (Baujahr 1956) aus dem Werksmuseum belegte Rang 147. Als Vorausfahrzeug war ein weiterer Oldtimer aus der Sammlung von FCA Heritage im Einsatz, ein Alfa Romeo 1900 Sport Spider (1954).
